There are two options to becoming a pilot, commercial pilot or a

pilot license {SPL}. After an SPL the aspirant can get a private
pilot license and carry out the necessary formalities to start
working as a commercial pilot.
Airline jobs for the post of flight attendants are usually the most
coveted jobs in the business. The flight attendants undergo a
vigorous training program prior to getting jobs with airlines. The
basic requirements to become a flight attendant are:
minimum age limit-18-25 years age
good communication skills
fluency in one or more languages
excellent physical fitness
ability to work for long and at odd hours
Their prime responsibility is to ensure a safe and a satisfactory
journey for the traveler. Their role is important as they are
directly in contact with the consumer for a long period of time. A
good service makes loyal customers. Their job includes serving food
and beverages to passengers.
Ground airline jobs include front desk duties and ground staff
duties. The front desk officials are responsible for all ticket
bookings and cancellations.. They undertake all the security checks
of the passengers and their luggage. Any mishap is avoided at all
costs.
Checking of air tickets, issuing the boarding passes, verifying the
passengers and their luggage and helping them board the flight is
the responsibility of the ground staff duty.
Other airline support jobs include security staff, station agent,
baggage manager, crew scheduler, marketing personnel, operations
agent, public relations officer, aircraft service, aviation
mechanic, aeronautical engineers, and meteorological jobs. Air
traffic controllers control the arrival and the departure timings of
various flights.
Working for an airline has its pros and cons in it itself. It offers
glamour and a sense of adventure but on the other hand it entails
lengthy and odd work timings. Airline officials are required to
handle passengers with varying temperaments. They have to keep their
cool in every situation, especially during difficult situations like
a terror attack. The most important factor is the satisfaction of
the customer in order to build a loyal and a fulfilled customer
